Policies and Fees

Anchorage Music & Dance Center is an Anchorage School District Approved Vendor! That means we meet the requirements for Frontier, Family Partnership, & PAIDEIA Charter School students to take music and dance with us. We can bill Frontier Charter & Family Partnership directly so there's no out of pocket expense for you! We are also vendors with Denali Peak, RAVEN, PACE & Cyberlynx! If you attend a school that is not on our list, just let us know. We will take the necessary steps to become an approved vendor.


Annual Registration Fee $35 Per Student; Max $70 p/family
30-Minute Private Music Lesson $38 p/class, paid monthly

A non­refundable fee of $35 per student, or a maximum of $70 per family, is due yearly at time of registration. Tuition will be paid by automatic bank account debit or automatic credit card payment. Tuition will charged on the 25th day of each month.

You must sign an auto­debit or automatic credit card charge authorization form. Credit card, personal checks or cash will not be accepted for in­person tuition payment on a monthly basis.​Automatic payment does not apply to classes that are paid for in full before the start of class.


A Withdrawal Form provided by Anchorage Music & Dance Center, Inc. must be submitted during the first week of the month to cancel classes and automatic payment for the next month. You agree to give us this 30 days’ written notice of your decision to stop attending classes. You must sign a written Withdrawal Form at the front desk in order for automatic payment to be cancelled. Verbal notification is not sufficient. There is no refund for any unused classes.

Anchorage Music & Dance Center, Inc. reserves the right to terminate classes for any student without notice. In such a case, a refund for unused classes will be given.


No refunds, credits or make­up classes are given for any missed private or group classes. If, for any reason, Anchorage Music & Dance Center, Inc. cancels classes a credit toward next month’s classes will be given.


Anchorage Music & Dance Center, Inc. may provide a substitute teacher if the scheduled teacher is unable to attend a class. If a substitute teacher is unavailable, a credit toward next month’s classes will be given.


Parents, legal guardians of minor students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on Anchorage Music & Dance Center, Inc.'s property resulting from normal class activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after class time.


Anchorage Music & Dance Center, Inc. is hereby granted permission to take photographs of the students to use in brochures, web sites, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials it creates, and to copyright such photographs in its name.
